What you are buying

One written answer from SlowJoe, printed and posted to a US address you provide. You are paying for the letter, not for speed. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Price

The first question is free, limited to one per person and household. Each letter after that is $7, charged when you send the question.

What Joe will not answer

SlowJoe does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and does not respond to emergencies or requests to harm anyone. If your question raises a safety concern, we will not print a letter and will refund any payment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Refunds

If a letter cannot be sent, or is sent in error, we refund the payment for it. Write to the address on your receipt.

Please do not send anything you would not want written on paper. Questions are handled by people preparing your letter and are not published.
