What we collect
Your name, email address, US mailing address and the question you send. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
The mailing address is used to post your letter. The email address is used for a receipt and, if needed, to reach you about your order. We never email you the answer.
Who sees your question
Your question and the drafted answer are read by the small team who prepare and approve letters. Questions are not published, sold, or shared with anyone else.
Keeping and removing your details
Records are kept so that follow-up letters can continue the same conversation. Write to us at the address on your receipt to have your details removed.
