- Your first question is free — one per person and household. Every letter after that is $7.
- When will my letter arrive?
- Joe writes at his own pace and the post takes its own time. Expect a couple of weeks rather than a couple of days.
- Can I read the answer online?
- No. The letter is the only copy you get. There is no page, no login and no email that contains it.
- Do you mail outside the United States?
- Not yet. US addresses only for now.
- Can I ask a follow-up?
- Yes — each letter carries a reference so a later question can be joined to the same conversation.
- Is a real person involved?
- Yes. Every answer is read, edited if needed, and approved by a person before it is printed and posted.
- What if I gave the wrong address?
- Write to the address on your receipt as soon as you can and we will fix it before the letter is printed.
